Lead attorney in KEYES vs. OBAMA (Dr. Orly Taitz) stated in a recent radio interview that there was a YOUTUBE clip posted a few months ago entitled "What Obama Doesn't Want You To Know", which was a segment of a debate between Mr. Keyes and Mr. Obama (2004 ?)
Mr. Keyes asked Mr. Obama about his place of birth or citizenship (not clear about the question, plus I believe it was an untelevised segment) and Mr. Obama replied, "That's OK, I'm not running for president" (end quote).... Atty Taitz stated that this clip has recently been removed from YOUTUBE and she is searching for ANYONE who knows anything about this CRUCIAL FOOTAGE. She said it might've been recorded privately (on a cell phone ?) but this would serve as an EXTREMELY IMPORTANT exhibit in their case against Mr. Obama. She was hoping someone might've downloaded it and saved it or the original person who posted it might come forward.
If ANYONE has seen this or knows anything about this PLEASE come forward.
Also, is Greta van Sustren the ONLY Mass media rep who will touch this topic (as quoted below in Atty Taitz' post yesterday) If so, maybe she will be receptive to e-mails. I am hoping SOMEONE in the Mass Media will step up to the plate ! AND SOON! This is Dr. Taitz quote:
"Greta van Sustren (Fox) on her blog Greta-wire demanded production of the original birth certificates by all the major candidates. This first step has to be followed by an open discussion on the air since only a small number of viewers read the blog."
On another note, It is assumed the Defendants will reply to Berg's case on Monday with a "motion to dismiss" --- to the best of my understanding, once the court receives their reply, Mr. Berg will have to respond, then the Court will review his response and render a decision as to how to proceed. This will be a CRUCIAL decision. They will either order the Defendants to comply with the request of supplying satisfactory evidence of Mr. Obama's qualifications under the Constitution or decide that Mr. Berg has no standing or he has a lack of credible evidence (i.e., the actual voice of Obama's grandmother on the tape is 99% inaudible, etc.).
As Berg has said in the past, if they dismiss the case and he has "no standing", then WHO DOES HAVE STANDING ? Some have already petitioned their states on this to no avail. Many states (like CT) have said "secretaries of the state have no authority to investigate, prove or disprove the qualifications of national candidates." (Reply from state of CT in Wrotnowski's case).
So if Berg's case is dismissed, do we just sit back and hope and pray that Donofrio's case is handled differently ?
If his case is dismissed, then we have to hope that KEYES case goes forward. Is it possible that the Keyes case will get a decision by 12/15 when the electors meet ? If not, the inauguration (1/20/09) will be eminent !
Lastly, a letter below that I wrote to both Andy Martin and Atty Taitz (both replied favorably -Atty Taitz asked me to submit FOIA letters).

Did Mr Obama obtain a driver's license in Chicago with only a short form birth certificate ? I assume he would've had to PHYSICALLY bring a valid paper version of a birth cert to obtain a driver's license. Does he even have a paper version of this short form cert ? Will the city of Chicago issue a driver's license with a short form cert ?
The notion of him obtaining a valid driver's license by referring the Department of Motor Vehicles to his web site ? to view an "image" of a short form birth cert is inconceivable !
Wouldn't DMV keep a copy his birth cert in their files ? Is it public information ? If not, is it available via the Freedom of Information Act ? If someone requested to see another birth cert of a typical common citizen and were granted access, then would DMV be obligated to grant access to another file, even if it were a high profile applicant ?
Is this man driving around with an invalid driver's license ? !
Has anyone else tried applying for a driver's license in the continental US with a "short form only" Hawaiian birth cert ?
Has anyone researched previous cities or states Mr. Obama resided in that might have info on his driver's licenses in other cities ?
Is his driver's license in the name of Barack or Barry ? Also, when he passed the bar, didn't he have to state that he has NO OTHER name other than Barack Obama ? Is there a record of his Bar Exam application ?

"BO should've had 5 drivers licenses: HI, CA, IL, NY, MA-all the states he lived in + passport."
Wouldn't DMV and/or Passport files in ANY of those states contain some usable info ? Are those departments obligated to respond to Freedom of Information requests ? Open for suggestions
It would help to have the URL of the clip before it disappeared.
Good luck finding any "workers" for the Government in those States willing to derail this piker.
How do we know he even has a driver’s license? He doesn’t have a license to practice law in Illinois.

They don’t make copies of your birth cert. in IL at the DMV. They just look it over along with SS card and other ID before processing.
The Keyes case is before the CA Suppreme Court. I wouldn't count on anything hapenning soon there. I predict they will drag it out as long as possible before dismissing. SCOTUS is where it comes down to.
I have lived in Michigan, Ohio, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Washington. As I recall I never had to provide a birth certificate for any of the drivers licenses I had in those states. So, if BHO had a license in Hawaii, he may not even have changed his residency when he was in school in California, New York, and Massachusetts. When he decided to live in Chicago, he wouldn’t have needed a birth certificate to get an Illinois license - just the usual license fee, eye test, etc. That is pretty wild that Keyes brought up the “where were you born” in one of the debates. He should be on TV telling everyone who will listen what Obama’s reply was.
The more telling question for BHO is the Passport issue. You absolutely have to produce a real birth certificate. BHO was travelling on an Indonesian passport when he went to Pakistan back in the 1980s. Did he travel on an Indonesian passport when he & Michelle went to Kenya a few years back to meet the relatives??? Shouldn’t it be public information whether our future President has an American passport???

I have heard that Indonesia doesn’t not accept dual citizenship. Did he also have an American passport at that time?
When my kids recently got their licenses, the short form was all they needed. And they didn’t keep it.
I don’t see the word “president” (as in I’m not going to run for) in either transcript.
