There’s a lot more to this story. He also had several clients who he got to agree to sexual contact in order to pay the fees they owed him. If there was an attractive, vulnerable client, he’d run up the bill and then make this suggestion. Since they voluntarily agreed, there is no criminal complaint but the California State Bar sure is interested.
When I knew Gary, he was having an affair with his doof-ass assistant. She drove everybody nuts - no wonder he lost it.

They said he took out a stethoscope and a rubber physician's mallet and performed some routine examinations before he conducted unrequested breast examinations on the women. People still fall for that old trick?!

Who goes to a lawyer's office in a sundress without a bra?! How vulgar is that? I don't want to blame the victim (if she actually is a victim) but that's a mixed signal.
