The article later says, "One of the women told detectives she was wearing a sun dress with no bra and that Appleblatt removed the dress before engaging in sexually explicit behavior with her."

Who goes to a lawyer's office in a sundress without a bra?! How vulgar is that? I don't want to blame the victim (if she actually is a victim) but that's a mixed signal.

I don’t think that’s “blaming the victim,” which would be wrong, but rather questioning the “victim’s” veracity, which would be appropriate.

But in any event the lawyer is a sleeze.
