Yep.

I hope for the sake of the Constitution that we all have standing to make sure our President meets the paltry 2 qualifications.

Ditto that. The "standing" issue is a sissy play by activist-judge types who fear the spotlight. He's the POTUS, for pete's sake. We all have standing. This has class-action lawsuit written all over it with the Plaintiff listed as "We The People"!

According to state law in NJ, Donofrio has legal ‘standing’. Some states have tough laws that make it more difficult to allow an applicant to have standing.
Berg made the mistake of filing in the federal courts instead of the PA state courts and had a big chunk of his case dismissed by the 3rd Circuit judges. Federal judges can make ruling on US Constitution matters that state judges cannot.

Ok, one sec though guys...i just checked out Leo’s sight and clicked on “My Images.” I’m assuming this is the document that is being presented to the Justices? well, on page 3, it states that not only is Barack Obama not eligible for the POTUS, but neither are McCain or the socialist fellow...

what gives?

Donofrio’s case was non-partisan. It argues against all 3 candidates that were born out of the country or had dual citizenships.

I fully agree. Like Kerry's service records they have been fighting tooth and nail against this.
WHY when it could have disappeared in seconds early in the campaign?
The fact Obama’s two trips to Hawaii matched when the first and second COLB appeared with the second time the RINO gov of Hawaii sealing all records makes it all the more curious.

They are fighting it so hard it makes it appear credulous.
No tinfoil here. Provide the typed copy. Tell which hospital you were born in and who was the doctor. Then it all goes away.

So why not do it?

Leo’s case is bi-partisan. He is a very respectful towards McCain but he said based on the Constitution he is anot eligble. He points that sham Senate resolution about McCain and Obama’s elgibility which is not binding. Leo thinks both parties abuse us. He said both Obama and McCain knew they were ineligble.

I never said anything about tinfoil hats. Read my post. I only ask that when something is posted, there is an introduction to the subject so that people not in tune at least know what the subject is. The original post tells nothing except some unexplained document went before the Supreme Court.

Leo was clever. He realized he had to go through NJ state court to get standing. Berg need to go through PA courts to get standing.

Keyes attorney Gary Kreep is going through CA courts. Leo gave him suggestions to make their case stronger and to go straight to CA supreme court to save time. Kreep may not follow Leo’s suggestions because they need money. Leo did his case on his own dime. He may be the only thing protecting us from tyranny and maybe the Second Amendment.

My hope is the SCOTUS justices realize they interpret the Constitution which protects citizens rights not the GOP and DNC.

Ed Hale on Prarie Radio was off the air when Allan Keyes attorney Gary Kreep was being interviewed by Jim Thunder.

Ed came on and said he had a “friend” who claimed to have seen the actual copy of the COLB in HI and it said he was born in Mombassa. I am skeptical.

However - Obama is hiding something like his sleazy transactions with Rezko et al.

So what you are saying is that the PA case was to the Federal court, and he should have gone to the PA court to have standing as a resident of PA?

I assumed Keyes went to CA because of the number of electoral votes?

This is all interesting.

The Electoral College will meet on Dec 15. A decision, to have any chance of being other than moot, needs to be handed down before then.

Under California state law it is even easier to have standing than it is under New Jersey law. It is after all a very liberal state.

Thank you ... welcome to FR. Actually, now that I know what the topic is, I’m excited also. I disagree with those who have poo-poohed this topic since last June.

And by the way, to the post about what would happen if Ozero were to be disqualified, before inaugeration, the person running for president who came in second would win. Aye, McCain.

Keyes went to Ca because he was a presidential candidate (American Independents Party? not sure) and so his standing was as another candidate, he had the right to challenge Ozero’s qualifications regarding constitutional minimum requirements.

So why not do it? ... Why not indeed? At first I thought it was just poor leadership. But, a lot of time and opportunity has passed now. Nobody could suck this bad at "leadership" without trying. Something stinks and this patriot wants to know what.

My theory is that he's been doing it to prove a point, that the people who are against him are nuts.

I saw that sort of moonbattery over on DU, when they were demanding that Sarah Palin produce Trig's birth certificate. Of course, she didn't do that, but imagine if she had won, and some court case had forced her to produce it. The libs would have looked like absolute fools.

That's what I think Barry's trying to do to us. Anybody fooled by his empty promises would believe any scrap of paper George Soros paid to dig up, if indeed he were born overseas.
