Forty-five years later, the controversy continues: Was John F. Kennedy felled by a lone assassin's bullet?
Or was he the victim of a conspiracy involving the KGB, or the military, or the CIA, or organized crime or Cuban exiles? Or was it a combination?
My WND column this week features some fascinating websites that explore the circumstances -- and deaths -- associated with the murder of JFK, including one where you can watch a real-time EarthCam view of Dealey Plaza.

Ron Paul: Is that you??? Or maybe Chuck Hagel???
LOL, but it can’t be Ron Paul or Chuck Hagel, he didn’t blame the neocons and President Bush.
Who the hell cares?
Brought down bildg seven of the World Trade Center complex too, didn’t he?
In other words, they devised a theory which would fit their pre-conceived conclusion. That theory was disbelieved by two members of the commission and by LBJ himself during a briefing call by Senator Russell who was personally reporting the progress of the commission to LBJ in phone calls which were taped. LBJ was sharing his "concerns" about serious issues and Russell would assure him that the commission was doing the right thing. LBJ always believed it was a conspiracy and he was determined that it would not be divulged to the public because we may press for a war as retaliation. Part of those conversations were on TV this week.
CBS has a tape of the commission doing just that and viewing the pathway of the car including the view though the tree(s). Subsequently, the city of Dallas work crews trimmed the tress back.
This fact was repeated on PBS this week: American Experience Oswald's Ghost. I didn't make it up. I saw the first broadcast on CBS and saw the film again this week.
LOL - that made my day!
I was nowhere near Dallas.
He couldn't figure out how to do it, so he paid Oswald to simulate the assassination from the book depository.
Just before Oswald was to shoot, Kennedy picked up a handgun. That was a signal for Oswald to fire a shot. However, Kennedy fumbled at the gun and it went off and hit him in the throat. As he comes out from behind the sign in Zapruder he has both arms up clumsily as he had tried to control the gun, but dropped it.
When the gun hit the metal box (the football phone) on the floor, it went off and ironically hit Kennedy in the head.
At almost that time Oswald tried to fire over the car as a distraction from the first shot, which was to be the suidide shot, but hit Connelly.
My book, How I did it and Almost got Away With it Until This Smart Guy Figured It Out";, comes out next November. Disney has the film rights for an animated fantasy feature.
89 tells all.
Number 89 FYI
FYI 89.
I still like the Onion headline: KENNEDY SLAIN BY CIA, MAFIA, CASTRO, LBJ, TEAMSTERS, FREEMASONS: Struck 129 Times from 43 Angles
The rest of the story is in #89.
Synopsis of the Oliver Stone film. They all did it.
I watched Oswald's Ghost Monday night. There was enough doubt in the show to keep my fires going. However, at the end, Norman Mailer and others made a strong case for Oswald being smart, at least smarter than he is pictured, and not one to act in a group.
Easiest thing to do: roll over and believe that it was Oswald acting alone and go like a robot into that dark night.
Cheney
Well, they got a grand jury impaneled, might as well through this into the grab bag.
This IS a fantasy at best.
