The cutlets and steak are best run thru the tenderizer. They are put in egg and milk, then flour and fried. Our tenderloins are whole pieces of meat. Do you have pork chops?

My favorite Thanksging food is Ocean Spray cranberry sauce.. out of the can! LOL!

Yep, we have pork chops. Sometimes with the bone, sometimes without. Really versatile because there are so many ways you can fix them. (I usually buy a whole or half hog so variety is important. lol)
