I think she’s quite a woman, and would have made an exceptional First Lady. I have to respect one thing about McCain: he has good taste in women.

I learned to respect and like Ms. McCain during the election campaign and think you’re right on. Her husband wouldn’t have made a very good first lady. I hope he doesn’t try to hook up with a younger candidate just to get the chance to try again. Personally, I think Todd Palin would have made a better first lady. He seems to have the nurturing instinct.
