My first inclination is to paint a room, then sit and watch it dry. Offhand, I can't think of anything else happening on this date that would match in importance.
I will be getting out of Washington as fast as I can. Go to craigslist.com and look at how many of these worms are looking for temporary housing for the inauguration. Good God, I wouldn’t let any of those pukes use my house. A lot are looking for handouts. Why does that surprise me!
I haven’t decided if I’m going to do more shrugging or hunkering. Maybe a little of both.
Not me. I will purposely not make any money. And if I do it is going to charity. And not some foreign bunch clapping over the Obama victory.
That will be the day I start wearing a ribbon on my lapel like the aids ribbon...only it is black with a red, white, and blue stripe in the center...it is a symbol of the day the America I knew died.
Deeply regretting my inability to tolerate alcohol.
I will simply shrug.
Many others like me will do the same.
Probably shooting my TV out.
Thank God Ill be right here in the Republic of Panama avoiding news.
that is GREAT!
Waiting for the FNC political analysists to asses his speech. But “watching paint dry”, might actually be more constructive, as the painting I’ve been putting off will have gotten done.
We live life as though nothing like this could ever happen when what says that it couldn't. Murdering despots depend upon people believing that it could never happen to them. It is the element of surprise that is one of their biggest weapons.
The way he looked at the people during his acceptance speech sent chills down my spine. It could almost seem like he knew, though they were admiring him so desperately, that they were expendable. He seemed so strangely detached and yet was looking at them like they were merely specimens. I think that I may just have a case of a good imagination but then again I don't think that anything would surprise me because I have followed his past and his past connections very closely.
I welcome those who say why this could not happen here, on January 20th. It gives me a feeling of apprehension to think what if it could. It seems like others have abandoned their fears of what he might be. I can even envision that soon after he gets in that they might come for us in the night and take us out of our city limits and shoot us down, maybe millions of us.
Again, I am not saying I believe that this will happen, just could it be possible? I wonder how many others have wondered these same things?
Sometime into next year I hope I can think, thank God, he is just another politician, only strange, but not dangerous. At least not dangerous except for his liberal, socialist policies which in themselves are scary enough.
In prayer. From sun up to sun set.
That would not surprise me at all.
His grandparents were communists who left the midwest for more left leaning pastures in Hawaii.
His mother was a known communist in college.
His grandfather set him up with a known communist in Frank Marshall Davis to groom him.
Yes, communism is here and I have a bad feeling it will take some fighting and sacrfice to prevent it from taking hold.
I read a story about the millions of people slaughtered when Mao took over China. The ones who were fighting this cause and that they lost. I tried not to get disheartened.
I have not watched one piece of news since the election....I have to admit, I feel alot better. No heartburn.. no headaches.. I really feel my blood pressure is much lower. I should have done this years ago. I have decided FR will be my only outlet.
I will be starting the countdown.
Puking.
Working and earning spreadable wealth.

You know, I'm going to start thanking
the woman who cleans the restroom in
the building I work in. I'm going to start
thinking of her as a human being
