Overview:
There are lawsuits being filed in multiple states. If Obama has nothing to hide, then his behavior is foolish both politically and cash-wise [legal fees] -- it would have been easy to end speculation by simply showing his birth certificate. Among the first to challenge his qualification to be president were the PUMAs. The most well reported lawsuit is by Berg, a Hillary supporter. One of the recent shockers is that Obama's Kenyan grandmother reportedly witnessed him born in Kenya. Another shocker is that Obama was, at least technically, Islamic while in Indonesia. There is also a flimsy paper trail regarding his visa and adoption in Indonesia. What documents were shown on the internet are discredited. And Factcheck.org is not a reliable source, having ties with Annenberg.
The political aspect: BO’s stonewalling makes the Birth Certificate Question alone reason enough for someone to conclude that voting for him would be irresponsible. As vigilant citizens, we are each required to vote Constitutionally. If we are not convinced that he qualifies Constitutionally, then we cannot vote for him. It’s an ‘honor thing’.

With so many folks asking the same questions we answered, circa June 2008, I know that these same people never read any of my posts. It's time to resurrect them.
On the one hand, we have over 6,000 replies on the "Blogger admits forgery...uh-oh" post that was about Jay McKinnon, but check out the counts to my posts, and the dates of last entry, and you will see what I mean.
Now is the time to push the issue of the forged COLB image big-time, because the more people know and understand WHY it is bogus, the more will ask, "What else illegal has Obama and company?"
"Certifigate" is at least as big as Watergate -- more likely, it's a lot bigger -- because Nixon's "dirty tricks" pale in comparison to Obama's "traitorous tricks."
This linchpin was sort of buried in Berg's suit, and had no greater status than the contention that Obama was born in Kenya.
The conspiracy to commit fraud and the conspiracy to cover-up this fraud will become the de facto issue that challenges Obama's right to become POTUS.
People forget that this election is not just about choosing a President, but also about choosing local, state, and national leaders.
ALL of the seats in the House of Representatives are up for reelection!! We must contact them now and demand that they require Obama to show proof of his birth and nationality..
Likewise, there's also a bunch of Senators whose current term also expires
They, too, need to be contacted and pressed on this same issue.
It’s not his COLB that will end speculation. A COLB is a “poor cousin” to a Cetificate of Birth (birth certificate). A birth certificate is made immediately after the birth, while a COLB may be made years or decades later and contains less info. COLBs can be forged much more easily than BCs. That’s why, e. g., the State Dept. doesn’t accept COLBs for passport applicants.

It just burns me up that the press says NOTHING about these unusual circumstances. McCain has to produce all sorts of stuff the prove he’s eligible (even though it’s a no brainer since he was a military brat). Obama’s stuff is freaking *sealed*. This is ridiculous! The guy wants to be elected President and we can’t see a birth certificate?? This is a farce!
