Overview:

There are lawsuits being filed in multiple states. If Obama has nothing to hide, then his behavior is foolish both politically and cash-wise [legal fees] -- it would have been easy to end speculation by simply showing his birth certificate. Among the first to challenge his qualification to be president were the PUMAs. The most well reported lawsuit is by Berg, a Hillary supporter. One of the recent shockers is that Obama's Kenyan grandmother reportedly witnessed him born in Kenya. Another shocker is that Obama was, at least technically, Islamic while in Indonesia. There is also a flimsy paper trail regarding his visa and adoption in Indonesia. What documents were shown on the internet are discredited. And Factcheck.org is not a reliable source, having ties with Annenberg.

The political aspect: BO’s stonewalling makes the Birth Certificate Question alone reason enough for someone to conclude that voting for him would be irresponsible. As vigilant citizens, we are each required to vote Constitutionally. If we are not convinced that he qualifies Constitutionally, then we cannot vote for him. It’s an ‘honor thing’.

I have a nasty feeling the idea is to string this out until Nancy Pelosi can be the arbiter of this issue. [It is the House which handles a conflict in the presidential election at the presentation of electoral votes, so the democrats can steal the election even if Obama is not Constitutionally qualified. He ignored the human rights defined in the Constitution for just born alive children as a means to protect the left’s precious Roe v Wade, so he doesn’t feel restrained by the Constitution.]

Right. And during this race, I don’t expect Rush or McCain to hit the birth certificate issue hard, but others can. I can, and I will! I might be a small pinpoint of light in the greater scheme of internet communication, but dammit! This is no small issue.

Someone needs to pull a Joe the Plumber and hit him up - in front of the cameras - to verbally authorize the release of his full “vault version” long-form birth certificate. He’d be totally unprepared for it and would stammer and stutter. He may say yes in the heat of the moment (the video would be enough to take to the Hawaii records office) or he may react in such a way that the story would become front page news and the subject of a lot of news coverage. If he says no, he can be pressed to answer “why not? What are you hiding Barack?”

No one is "honor bound" to get their opinion out. People are "honor bound" to get the truth out — something you seem to be having a little difficulty with.

And factcheck.org is not only compromised, it’s foisting a forgery on us.

So, where is your evidence of this? Why hasn't a single sole in the State Government f Hawaii questioned this document. The document has a seal and a signature stamp. Why haven't the people who control these things repudiated them? If the authorized officials in the State of Hawaii stand by the document, then that's all Obama needs. It really doesn't matter what your opinion is.

An illegal alien is not qualified. He hasn’t even proven he’s a US citizen. That requires visa records.

Bullpuckey. A natural born citizen does need Visa records. I was born in Turkey to American parents. John McCain was born in Panama to American parents. Both of us are qualified to run for President. Obama was for in Hawaii for cryin' out loud.

[analysis of an anonymous COLB buff: All the information in the youtube video is accurate! Jr was adopted by Lolo Soetoro when Lolo married his mother, Ann, in 1966. At that time Indonesia was a police state and the only way jr could have gone to school was if he was an Indonesian citizen. Ann and jr followed Lolo to Indonesia in 1967 where he was enrolled in school by his adopted name(Barry Soetoro) and the religion of his step-father. (Islam) There are no records of Barry Soetoro legally changing his name back to Barack (pronounced Bear ick by his real father) if that ever was his name! Another thing that’s bugged me for a while is the time of birth posted on 0bama’s COLB. It shows as 7:24 PM and I was able to find a blank COLB on Google that also shows the time as 7:24 PM. What are the friggin’ odds of that?!? I believe it’s one in 1440. I’d bet my left leg that he wasn’t actually born at the exact time. See link:

But FRiends, it’s still an issue that Obama is hiding his birth certificate. The man had plenty of time to clear this up. Vigilant citizens do not rely on courts alone. Is Obama doing enough to prove his qualification or not?

according to the link above — even if born in a foreign country, you can get a Hawaii birth certificate. I guess that means that a Hawaii birth certificate is worthless?
