For some reason, Google gives a different number of hits when you change the capitalization. I don’t know the significance of one vs. the other. Just FYI.

Yeah we all know that, but Google is trying to give user the impression that it’s McCain’s fraud.

That’s odd. Really odd. The idea behind Google was to computerize (unbiased) web-searching.... that itself should make things a bit more stable; as web-crawlers obtain data and update google’s index it would be expected that the ratings would occur... but I find it somewhat difficult to believe that much of a difference in so short a time....
But like it’s been noted, capitalization should/could make a difference. Also getting the search just before/after a re-index would change the values as well.
