They’re nothing but a bunch of cowards, the media and the politicians. We’ve lost the PR/fairness battle to the PC crowd and we see it manifest its ugly head in so many cases, including elections. Everything’s racist to the PCers and the more they get away with that, the worse they get.
It seems to me that this sort of torture-murder is a staple of post-colonial civil wars in Africa.

I’m glad this thug is going away for awhile. I remember that the cretin who ran into a man on the street and had him stuck in her windshield for several days invited her friends to come see him. One of them actually did have some decency and reported the crime. The others, like this thug, seem to have regarded it as just another day in the hood.

More recently, look at the so-called Jena 6. Why did that get so much attention? Thousands of people marching on the town is why. Squeaky wheel gets the grease, but political correctness prevents squeaking in this case. Kind of like the ‘Asian youth’ syndrome in UK. Can’t offend the perps by being offended by the perps. When the thugs define what they believe is reasonable torture to innocents, we have the ability to define that as their reasonable punishment for the instigators.

Per both victims families, there was no mutilation of the bodies as you described. It was a terrible crime, true, but trying to whip up the populace by propagating inaccurate information is no good. People should be horrified enough by what did happen.
