No thoughts, but I linked it to some cat lovers on ATRW. Good luck.
Woof, woof.
A good vet will see a critter on emergency basis. It costs more.
Don't feed her asprin.
You've been adopted. ;) Suck it up and get 'er done.

Oh gosh, I hope she doesn’t have a tumor.
Had mine for sixteen years, she developed what you are describing at about 13 years.
Vet had no answer, she died of renal failure at 16.
Could she have been kicked? :(
One of our cats had a urinary infection and was sensitive on the lower back (and would bite because it hurt if you touched it). With a pill and a little better diet she cleared right up.
If kitty is eating, drinking and using the litter box, that’s good. She may have been abused by the deadbeats or been hurt during her days away. As soon as you can get her to the vet, the better. Poor kitty - I just don’t understand how people can abandon pets. She sounds like she would appreciate a loving home.
I’m a cat lover too, I’d try my best to get her into the vets, that’s the best I can offer without me seeing her. I just lost one of my cats last wee, Pixie, she was 16, a black cat. She had a high thyroid and anemia from fleas, they have been bad this year but the vet suspected she could have had other things wrong with her. I know otherwise I think we could have pulled her out of it if it was just those two things but we could not. I still have 4 cats left, the most I had at one time was 9.
Might just be a trust issue. Some cats don't like unsolicited touching in some areas. So don't like being touched at all in some areas.
Might be something else entirely.
But I concur with the previous advice.
If teh kitteh’s is eating and eliminating it's very unlikely you are facing a time critical issue. As for being a crazy cat person, call me when you top seven cats and five skunks in your home.
My cat is real sick. He has lung cancer and is getting chemo. He had an ultrasound and a needle biopsy and his cancer was confirmed. I just want to be as good a friend to him at this time as he has been to me for the last 16 years. So as long as he is comfortable (smiling, social, sleeping on his side instead of the Sphinx position which indicates distress), I’ll do what I can.
With a cat, its all up to us. We can’t ask their opinion so their life is in our hands and we have to remember that.
Here’s what I read:
Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Stop me before I cat again.
Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
(Disclaimer: I am a dog person, which is not a genetic mutation, but a preference.)
Cooper is a really nice cat that likes to be petted but my niece warned me about touching his hind quarters because she said he will turn vicious and bite...........
That is strictly a normal reaction to protect himself from presumed attackts or whatever from the other cats........
Keep her comfortable. If your normal vet is too busy to see her, consider finding another vet. There are 24 hour vets out there, although a bit expensive, if you need to take her now. If she is eating, drinking, using the litter pan, she does not sound critical. You can probably wait until tomorrow.
get a random dog or two and balance out your karma. Quick!!!!
Before you know it, you’ll be saying ‘well, Nancy Pelosi might be right about that.....’
Save Yourself!!!!!!
(just kidding, anybody who takes in animals and cares for them is a mensch (or a good woman if that applies) and there is a special place in heaven for you if you are Catholic)
So you have a room or a VERY large kennel to keep her/him in until you can have the pet seen? Most animals that are injured will not do more walking then needed but if left outside they will have to contend with predators. Also even with serious breaks etc they often heal up remarkably well.. Now if a break is evident with a bone protruding, that is different. It may have been kicked by some “BAD “ person etc.. Sometimes bad bruises go deeply & will result in limping & indications it might be broken/sprained etc.
Check with the Humane society re; Cat rescue organizations/people. some do it individually ...they might be able to help you if not take the pet.
You are a good person to be compassionate enough to help. I am a sucker like that also & have many too many pets as a result. Find homes for them when I can along the way
