Good afternoon, Mayor. Thank you for bringing us the message again this morning.

"Spend your time counting your blessings, not airing your complaints."

Excellent lesson here. Thanks again.

Lovely plant arrangement, Jaycee.

They are cute and funny...and also exasperating at times..They are all napping..getting ready for a big middle of the night play time.

Hi Meg, thanks and your opening autumn picture and scripture was so nice.

Meatloaf in oven (already) and I hope to make that cake when I come home from church this morning. We are having a dinner at church tonight with lots of visitors and its about more than I can do anymore. I will try.

Wishing you and everyone a wonderful Sunday.

Good Morning Everyone...Today We Celebrate
Clergy Appreciation Day

Honoring Our Clergy

Let Me See Your Sermon ..a poem from Heart Blessings

I'd rather see a sermon than hear one any day.
I'd rather one should walk with me than merely show the way.
The eye's a better pupil and more willing than the ear;
Fine counsel is confusing but example's always clear;
And the best of the preachers are the men who live their creeds,
For to see the good in action is what everybody needs.
I can soon learn how to do it if you'll let me see it done,
I can watch your hands in action, but your tongue too fast may run.
And the lectures you deliver may be very wise and true;
But I'd rather get my lesson by observing what you do.
For I may misunderstand you and the high advice you give.
But there's no misunderstanding how you act and how you live.

Today We Celebrate

Honoring Our Farmers

International
Moment of Frustration Scream Day

To share any or all of our frustrations, all citizens of the world
will go outdoors at twelve hundred hours Greenwich time and
scream for thirty seconds. We will all feel better, or Earth will
go off its orbit.
Co-sponsored by Low Thresholders of the Earth League.

Although all of the celebrations are better (I guess) than the last one, for this moment I would have to choose the Frustration Scream Day~~LOL~~even though it wouldn’t help me!
