I read on another thread that because of his war injuries, McCain has difficulty turning his upper body.....and due to the placement of the stage this prevented him from turning towards 0bama to make eye contact....FWIW.

They have too high an expectation from obama. In my opinion he didnt do bad but I dont view him as the messiah. In the end I believe America will go with McCain by quite a margin.

Senator McCain went into my wife's office about 8 years ago and saw the picture of me in my dress greens hanging on her wall. He walked over and looked at my picture for a bit, picked up a pad and wrote out a note thanking me for my service to our country. He then asked my wife to give it to me. Let's see how well Barry does in the next two debates. They just got warmed up tonight. Coach Steve will be reviewing the post-game tapes and tweaking our quarterback's gameplan for the next outing.

The other thing is that the farm team will be having a closely watched debate of their own between now and then. The outcome of that contest may affect the next major league game, especially if Obama's QB fumbles, or is sacked over and over by our gal.
