When I heard Senator Graham say ACORN, 20%, I almost fell out of my chair.
The audacity of corruption.

I’m laughing my ass off at all the people (here on FR and elsewhere) who have been campaigning so vigorously for this travesty. Now do you guys understand why those of us who oppose it would rather let the chips fall where they may rather than allow this act of piracy to succeed?

I wouldn't have believed this post if there weren't three posts immediately saying the same thing.
For the Dems to try to push any significant amount of money ACORN's direction after the countless instances of them being busted for vote fraud is absolutely mind-boggling.
I really am amazed that this happened. I'm still a little doubtful about the amount, but even if Graham is exaggerating by 139 billion, that would still mean that the Dems want to give the criminal enterprise of ACORN a BILLION freakin' dollars.
To: KoRn
Do you have this on tape? My goodness, 20% to ACORN -- there's NO WAY the Dim's could be that stupid!
This "bailout" is the gift that keeps on giving!

"Now do you guys understand why those of us who oppose it would rather let the chips fall where they may rather than allow this act of piracy to succeed?"I was very skeptical of this bailout before, now I'm dead against it. Rush was right. I recall earlier in the week, him saying that the dems would figure out ways to get the money into the hands of their interest groups. Now we see it happening before our eyes.

LINDSEY: Hes working the phones tyring to find a way forward that would protect the taxpayer...and this deal thats on the table now is not a very good deal...20% of the money that should go to retired debt that will be created to solve this problem winds up in the housing organization called ACORN that is an absolute ill-run enterprise. And I cant believe that we would take money away from debt retirement to put it in a housing program that doesnt work.
