It's been 3 weeks since I placed my order, and still haven't received. Emailed customer service and others. Calls to Customer Service unanswered, and voice mail is full all the time.

I’ve been waiting as well, though I did receive an email telling me my order has been shipped and was delayed due to huge demand after Palin as VP was announced.

I had not received my order from September 5th yet and emailed Customer Service (customerservice@goptrunk.com). Here is the response I received the following day (yesterday) (bold/underline in the original):

"We are sorry for any inconvenience that we may have caused you. When McCain announced his VP, we got thousands of orders in one night. We as you can imagine we were extremely busy. All the order that were place in August have, been shipped. All the orders in September, from 1-4 were shipped on the September 19-21. So you should be receiving your order soon. Some time next week. If you placed your order from the 5-10 we are working your order this week. We are hoping to be caught up and ready to ship by Monday September 29, 2008. However, we’re hoping to get them sooner then that. Your order should be arriving 7-10 business days from Monday. We thank your for your patience in this process. We thank you for your patience! Please don’t hesitate to call if you have any question.

I ordered a very large amount of stuff the day Palin was announced and paid for overnight shipping, it still took over two weeks. The message I received through several emails was they received more orders in a couple of hours than they normally do in a month and they are very much behind processing schedule. Right now, it takes at least two weeks just to fulfill an order before it is shipped, so if you didn’t pay for rush shipping, three weeks isn’t that unusual.

I wouldn’t call the BBB, if you want a rush, just cancel your order and order from CafePress or someone else.

Sometimes a delay is a good sign- like a long line at a restaurant.

OK...that explains why I haven’t received my lawn sign yet.

UPDATE - I just received my order today after having to email back yet again. I was a little disappointed with the yard sign - I thought it going to be a hardboard sign but instead it is a plastic pull-over thingy over a wire frame. But the cap and bumper stickers are okay. Just wish I didn’t have to wait over a month to get them.

My local McCain Victory office had stickers, shirts, signs all for free.

I got mine yesterday too, but I thought the sign was okay and the sticker was a rip.
