Of course you aren’t! :)
I promise not to sue if you use and/or publish my recipes . . . just as long as you give me credit. :->
LOL!
You’re funny.
It’s an old FR habit. Somebody says ‘well you don’t have to get snippy about it’.. of course you do, with a ping.
And snippy_about_it will respond, why are you invoking me again?
Amusing pastime :)
That plate is just ONE big ole enchilada,
and it's the BEST!
L0L!
As a preemptive strike . . . I claimed not to be snippy, dammit. ;-)
I ALMOST finished it!
I was proud of you for trying so hard. NYTexan managed to finish all of his, but I think his tummy was hurting afterwards.
Flyer learned, after the first one, to wear stretch pants when I was serving enchiladas.
God Bless it!
NYT did the best of all of us. I never got through 1/2 of
it! LOL!
It was sure good though...and I want another some time!
1 lg. white onion
1 green pepper diced
4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
4 tbsp. olive oil
2+ garlic cloves, minced
2 (4 oz.) cans minced clams (1 can drained; juice from the other can reserved)
1 can cream of mushroom soup Salt and pepper to taste 1 lb. linguine, cooked al dente 1/3 c. minced fresh parsley Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional) Saute the onion and green pepper in the butter and oil.
Over medium heat, stir in the garlic.
Add the clams and the juice from 1 can.
Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, then season with salt and pepper.
Add the cream od mushroom soup and heat through. Add the sauce to the cooked pasta and toss well.
Add the parsley and toss again.
Top with freshly grated Parmesan if desired, and serve immediately.
Serves 4-6.
Great and easy!
I serve a nice tossed salad first..
The the Clam sauce and liguine, and garlic bread with a nice red wine.
I like Cabernet Sauvignon with this!
You did good! I was a wuss! :D
You eat like a bird L0L
Save to my mini-FR Cookbook. Thanks!
Yom!
Ya, and I was a bit PO'd that I didn't have any room left to munch on all the BBQ'd meat!!! But Cancey did...thanks to Flyer! God rest his soul!
Hello dere, you!
How’s doing?
DOH!... Chancey
