Just got back from a walk-in clinic. I had an infection in my finger with no cause that I can remember aand there was no apparant break in the skin (and it didn’t appear to be an ingrown nail) but it hurt bad and was turning yellow.and I’m off to Europe for 2 wks on Sunday...so I call my doc and the nurse tells me he takes friday afternoon off. She directs me to a walk-in clinic which had a low wait time and foreign docs and nurses but they fixed me up (he numbed it and that hurt like hell - then lanced it and the gook came out) and I’m back freepin with one finger all bandaged up.

Did they give you an antibiotic to get rid of that infection? If not, are you going to a country where you can get some?
