Anyone have a stungun or tazer story? I recently purchased a new stun gun for my wife, and instead of the standard 300,000-650,000 volt guns, I purchased the 1 million volt model. Well, I took a page out of my military training and decided that we should test it out so we truly know what it will do. Like getting gassed in basic training and getting hammered by a puke laser in Afghanistan, I vounteered to do the deed.
My wife really did not want to do it, or so she stated, but I talked her into it quite easily. I knelt on our bed and I have to say that I felt brave up until that point. I had a little brow sweat going and my heart started pounding but I told her to go for it. It was crazy. The noise of the thing scared the heck out of me but just when my mind was processing what that sound was, I dropped onto the bed and my body freaked out. I felt like I might be on my way to death for a brief second, but thank goodness the pain went away quickly. I recovered, but it was not fun and I am not really laughing about it yet. My wife found it very disturbing but she did end up very confident about the perfomance of the thing.
My only regret was that I wished I would not have been stunned on my butt cheek. I think the arm or shoulder would have been better.
Has your wife quit ROFLHAO yet? Seriesly, what brand and model?

I grew up on a farm in central Texas and I do know about electric fences. They are not friendly to you when you have bare feet in wet grass. I KNOW.
I too have been gassed. In Navy boot camp. They had us put on gas masks and march into a building filled with tear gas. Then they had us REMOVE the gas masks and hold them over our heads while we marched around the inside of the building. They didn’t let us out until everyone got quiet.
I know an Alaska State Trooper that tried a tazer out on his 11 year old son...............
ufff that’s hardcore. Mine were by accident. In Peru we were in a car & found ourselves too close to a riot at a university that had spilled into the streets. In Lebanon, I was by myself & just in the city to buy something. I decided to cut through a protest & it turned rowdy as I was pushing my way through the crowd. Gas was unleashed & everyone started running.
i do not know your physical condition, but the chances of dying from a taze is very very very low. the people who die from it get tazed an extraordinary amount of times (usually due to drugs in their system. they will not stay down), or a bad heart condition.
i have seen many people tazed in real world conditions and i have yet to see any who weren't fine after 10 minutes.
people around here don't realize that the media only reports people who die from tazing (or traffic stops resulting in tazing). so it sounds like a ton of people die from it. but the opposite is true. it is a relatively safe less-than-lethal option for police and would-be victims.
