This is a clear distinction that should be discussed.

Sarah is saying that there are limits to what government can and should do, in dealing with the various problems people face.

Whereas Obama believes that there is, or should be, a government program to solve every conceivable social problem that anyone has.

Cobble that with BO saying that tax hikes not a good idea for a recession, and now he’s slit the throat of his plans. He essentially admitted that the reverse is true — tax cuts are good for growth.
