Joe Biden is wearied by the constant exercise of looking over his shoulder, while exerting to his utmost, to keep from being caught and run over like roadkill, knowing somebody is gaining on him.

Two weeks ago I might agree with you, but, in the interim a major change has occurred and my enthusiasm for a sweeping victory has been strengthened enormously. Those congresspersons who have dabbled in personal aggrandizement will be shocked by the reform movement that is growing, thanks to Mac and Sarah. They will reform themselves or be exposed for all to see. I think McCain is that kind of guy. What has he to fear if he and Sarah win the election?
For legitimacy’s sake, they need to make that decision before the VP debate. If they wait too long, it will look desperate and fearful, as if they’re afraid of Palin. Actually, it will look like that no matter when they do it.

My two cents: Obama isn’t looking too good lately, either. He isn’t as charming or confident as in the past. . . . I think he is falling apart from the pressure.
