Either that or just over inflated ego.
Read somewhere today that upon arrival for this gathering that Joe made a beeline to the bar.
Unable to find link.

I strongly believe that the MSM and BOTH party elites have way underestimated how restless the natives are in fly-over country.

So, I think the Republicans will be trounced, so we have no one to blame but Bush, Frist and the other compassionate Republicans Actually I think it might be worse than that and McCain might just pull off a win with all excited by conservative Palin.
The real problem with this is liberal McCain will be the one in the White House with his liberal outlook on life continuing the ruin of the republican party in American's eyes. The damage to the party in the long run for a win with McCain at the head of the ticket I fear will be greater than the disaster of having Obama for 2 years and then a landslide Republican election for the country.

Naw, Biden is in it for the long haul. Remember Eagleton? That wored out well.
If the candidate, the one nominated drops, it's a BIG loser for that team.

No way will Obama take Hillary. That is nonsense.
Palin has pushed Hillary out of the headlines.

Although he look much more chipper than McCain, he did look like he had a bad night. He mentioned that families should be off limit in discussion. Maybe he has something to worry about. When one runs for POTUS, nothing should be off limit.

It is anger. and they are afraid and rightly so.
For someone who stood by his remark about BHO getting on the job training when president, his tone has changed.
I wonder what made him think that now BHO is qualified.
Pray for our troops.
God Bless America.
McCain/Palin.

Biden thinks an 45% Arab and an old East coast politician can win Montana?
Who is 45% Arab?

Your message #62:
‘is anyone worried about the dems pulling another Torch gambit and replacing Biden with Hillary?’
“Nope. The Dems know all too well what happened the last time they did that.”
I thought you were referring to the “Torch gambit”.
To: moose2004
I noticed right away that one of his eyes was swollen into a weird looking slit.

I thought you were referring to the Torch gambit. Well, I must be lost. I thought you were making a reference to "passing the torch", as in replacing the Dem VP candidate with another.
Looks like you're referring to something else. What is the "Torch gambit"?
