Perhaps they ( The Obama Campaign ) are keeping Joe Biden in a low profile after the Palin effect so he won't be so much a liability to their campaign whether Obama wants to admit it or not.

I hope he didn’t take a detour to Chicago or Arkansas. Bad things have happened to people who are no longer useful to the machines in those two places.
