What do you think of Sarah Palin after her speech tonight!
I thought she hit a homerun!
We are all proud of Alaska tonight. I’ve been from Coldfoot down to Homer, and its a beautiful place that still has the pioneer spirit that made this country great. Palin is all that and more.
This is just what our party needed. The 'rats must be shaking in their boots!
Now they have to deal with what she said, I would think. And, the absolutely great thing is it would take a dead body to force her off the ticket now.

Not only that..., it was a recordbreaking out of the park homerun..., flawless!
While admittedly lukewarm on McCain, his judgement in picking Palin (over all the "advice" of the staffers) has certainly convinced me that he may really win!!!
More importantly, the McCain/Palin administration just might result in some improvement in DC. However, having been there for 7 years (FAR TOO LONG)..., I reserve my judgement on this last point!
I was reluctantly endorsing McCain. I was hoping for Palin and was elated at her selection. Her speach tonight gives me hope she will be our first female president.
Keith O is beside himself...he’s witnessing a bad moon rising on his candidate. Sarah Palin has more experience than both Barak and Biden. She plays in the heartland and I bet she picks up quite a few Hillary voters. She gives a much better speech than Hill.

I told my wife (who like me was euphoric after that speech) - yeah, she NAILED IT! - BUT..the gates of hell will open against her tomorrow..

My wife is conservative, but does not follow politics. I made her watch Palin. Near the end, she enthusiastically said “I love this woman. She sounds like Ronald Reagan.”
This was no ordinary “home run”. Sarah was Bobby Thompson, and B. Hussein was Ralph Branca.
