I bet you could give a good answer.....just think what your wife says sometimes when she puts her blue jeans on or......what you say...LOL!
AMEN for sure!
Here's just one item from the agenda... A choir of Vets will be singing "Eternal Father, Strong to Save" and "Mansions of the Lord". So far, 50+ vets have signed up for the choir. I've been practicing the bass part. Don't have the musical score, I'm just trying to pull the part out of recordings I've been listening to. Probably wouldn't do me any good to have the score, cuz my eyes go all fuzzy singing the songs.
Some of us lay down to put on our jeans,
Some of us jump up and down into them,
And, some just give up,
And go for the mu-mu.
LJ, thank you so much for posting the tree of life! It is so meaningful, and one to print up and frame.
Hi Lady, Boy, thats green huh? How are you today? Any news about you brother in law? I hate to ask but sometimes I could miss something although I’ve been here pretty much today! I wish him peace, whatever it is.
Now thats what I’m talking about...LOL>>>
And then you’re afraid to go out to eat because they will become tighter and tighter and then you suffer and sometimes we unbutton and unzip a little until we start to get up again.
Yup - back in the ‘good’ old days, we would go “Skinny - Dipping”. Now, we go “Chunky Dunkin’”. LOL!
Wonderful..Thank you, Lady J..
Nope! Not even gonna go there. :)
LOL.......We understand!
Thank You.
A recruiter a couple years ago wouldn’t let me re-enlist. Something about “You’re too old, Sailor.”
“Which five women have to lay on the bed to get into their blue jeans?”
LOL..Wonder who first discovered that it works!
Kudos to the gal who passed this information around.
ROFL!!! Now that’s funny.
Thank you! I hadn’t read the poem for a long time and it’s just as beautiful today as it was then.
Well I can understand I guess. Billie posted the nicest graphic the other day about Gold Star Mothers. On the back of a couch, there was a sailor’s collar showing from his blues and a little dog had his head laying on it. I told Billie it reminded me of my hubby’s blues and that it seemed like only yesterday.
