Witness this post from some cretin named habitual in which they are beginning to say it was the Republicans who planted this story originally in order to make them eventually look like fools, as if they needed any help.Sending coals to Newcastle

I have noticed it’s 90% threads on Palin ... 10% for Obama. They’re scared.

“Then when ‘they’ come out and prove that this is nothing more than a left wing rumor (that they seeded) and is nonsense, everyone looks stupid and they look clean as a whistle.”
They’d do well to heed the warnings of their idiot-savant “prophet” on this one.

Looks like we have the beginning of a new mental disorder- Palin Derangement Syndrome (PDS).
There appears to be some transference to this disorder among those afflicted with BDS (Bush Derangement Syndrome)
Thus far there is no known cure, nor even palliative treatment.
A change in the Presidency from George Bush to ..... may abate the most severe manifestations of BDS, but will not releiove sufferers of their persistence belief that President Bush is responsible directly or indirectly for every bad thing in life.
It is possible that “PDS” is emerging as sufferers of BDS recognize that the focus of their rage (Bush) will become less accessible to their fantasies after January 2009, and as they seek a way of continuing to cope with a conviction that Republican leaders of the USA are the source of all evil. This is a defensive way of keeping their emotional framework regarding the outside world intact, as fantastic and strange as their irrationality may seem to non-affected observers.

The same disgusting topic is being discussed on Kos. I swear I feel like I need a shower after visiting those websites.

Amen on getting ridiculouser. The latest one I’ve seen from rabid DU-types is that Sarah was extremely selfish by a) having any baby at all at 44 (high odds of Down’s) or b) Going to term with the child, thus forcing taxpayers to pay for all the special ed and therapies the child will need.

Sarah should just say, I will produce his birth certificate if Obama produces his birth certificate (not certification of live birth, which does not contain complete or necessarily the orignial information).

Does those DUmmies realize that the chances for a child to have DS from a 16 yr old mother is like nil compared to the chances are from an over 40yr old?

I think as long as you keep posting this stuff you are helping their cause. They sh*t a pile , now let them play in it all alone. As long as we don’t help them with their stupid thoughts, they are preaching to the choir.

There are a few here and there on DU, but they're mostly taking the granite nap before they can call off the dogs on this hideous story. Now there are a few trying to claim either 1--FReepers had something to do with it, 2--Kos was on it first.
Yet strangely enough, when asked to do something about this Palin thread proliferation on DU, the mods do nothing. Period.
Curiouser and curiouser.

So, don't look at the company Obama keeps, don't look at his voting record (can you say present or baby alive), don't look at his land deals, don't look at his birth certificate, don't look at his communist background, don't look at his lack of experience but look into Palin's 16 year old daughter being the mother of a Downs baby? I'm sure to Loony Liberals this makes perfect sense.
The ends justifies the means to these sick people.

If you really want to know what the difference between the political left and the political right in this country is, remember this: The left honestly believe that a four month old baby boy with Downs syndrome is an acceptable weapon to be turned on his mother.

This is a good thing for them to harp on because we can all hope this gets to the lamestream media for them to harp on. All it will do is show just how mean spirited the dems are and how hypocritical they are when it comes to this versus their virtual silence on John Edwards.

If they wish to waste their time chasing their tails, so be it. It is funny to watch and by the way, you may want to take a good look at pharmaceutical stocks. During this election cycle, the lefties are going to be needing plenty of drugs in a failed attempt to maintain whatever little sanity they have. You're implying that their drug consumption may increase by 0.1%.

So they start a viscious rumor and now realize how stupid they look and are beginning to realize they are hurting their candidate, so like the weasels they are, they are now blaming it on Republicans who “started the rumor just to make them look bad”. OK, got it. Sorry for the long sentence.
