Noticed that two planks of the party's platform have changed?
The one about drilling is gone. Buh bye ANWR.
And the new one about global warming? Yeah, that's real conservative. *SARCASM*

Perhaps you could explain for us just what it is about the Obama-Biden position on global warming and drilling in ANWAR that attracts you so much.

I'm still upset that the platform has not added a plank opposing Puerto Rican statehood. ;-)
As Bob Dole once mentioned, nobody reads the platforms. Still, I'm PO's about the "global warming" and lack of ANWR language in the 2008 edition.
BTW: You folks should check out the 1932 Democratic Platform, which was considerably the the Right of any other platform for any other party since then. We all know that FDR did everything on said platform didn't he?/s

“The evil comes in the form of socialism regardless of party label. The evil can only be defeated by defeating both Obama and McCain.”
How do you suggest doing that?
The rules for this game are already set. It’s either Obama or McCain. If you don’t vote, you vote for Obama, simple as that.
To: ken21
apparently you want
oba mao
to win.
Obviously you either didn't read my post #35 to you or can't grasp the concept both candidates are socialists.

The evil can only be defeated by defeating both Obama and McCain. Nader? Gus Hall? Lyndon La Rouche? (The latter one is really onto something with his Pope-Queen Elizabeth conspiracy theory.)

None of it. I haven’t seen a thing that I agree with.
But I can’t possibly vote for McCain.
