I don’t think it’s bad, but we need more reliable enforcement (border patrol, national guard) as well to ensure, well, proper enforcement of the border.

Instead of coming up with joke or other non-serious plans like this, the thing people should be concentrating on is the necessary foundation of discrediting those who support the current situation. Nothing will happen until that takes place.

The real answer is asset forfeiture, you get caught with an illegal employee, and the sheriff auctions off your business and home. And all people at hospitals and schools must have proof of citizenship.

If effectively securing the border and deporting illegal aliens was the bipartisan OBL/CFR agenda, I’d say it was a great plan....with the exception that I would not, under any circumstances, give an illegal alien an opportunity to ‘earn’ amnesty. Have them build the fence as a way to earn deportation...after it’s built.

Unfortunately, the bipartisan OBL/CFR’s agenda is a North American Union, securing only the perimeter of the continent. That’s why, since 9/11 and to-date, everything possible has been done to PREVENT effectively securing the border.

I truly believe most of them don’t care about “citizenship.” As long as they can make money and/or get benefits such as food stamps, medical care, etc., that’s all they want.

Besides, anybody who sneaks across our border like a thief in the night should NEVER be rewarded with citizenship, IMO.

I support giving citizenship to any illegal immigrant (and by extension to their family members) who is willing to serve in America’s armed forces.
