If I understand correctly, the Incas were only the most recent rulers of their vast realm and they only went back 250 or so years before the conquest.

Machu Picchu is the most gorgeous ruin, and since not much is known it’s so exciting to see they found something new. Hope they can make some additions to what is already known, other than they wore this orange colored thing.
