HEMA is a Dutch department store. The first of its stores opened on November 4, 1926, in Amsterdam.
Now there are 150 stores all over the Netherlands. . . HEMA now has stores in Belgium, Luxemburg, and Germany.
HEMA has since been sold to the British investment company, Lion Capital.
Take a look at HEMA's product page. You can't order anything and it's in Dutch anyway.... but just wait a couple of seconds and watch what happens.
Don't click on any of the products, just wait and see what unfolds. Be sure you have your sound turned up. The company has a sense of humor and a great computer programmer, ja?
Amusing. Interesing that in Dutch they call a ghettoblaster a “ghettoblaster.”
LOL! That’s funny!
Terrific page ... Rube Goldberg lives!
Very clever!
Most excellent!
Excellent! Very lighthearted ... am I a winkelen now?
Ausgeziechnet!
I took that to meant that “diversen” is a disaster. Some Flash designer has a very clever sense of humor.
That was awesome! Thanks for posting!
