South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker are the latest names to pay their respect to late singer Isaac Hayes, after he sadly passed away earlier on in the week from a stroke.
Hayes voiced the character of Chef in the popular cartoon for eight years (between 1998-2006), but quit the series when South Park mocked Scientology in an episode.
Stone and Parker have put their differences aside and have now posted a picture of Chef on their official site, which reads "In Memoriam Isaac Hayes - 1942-2008."

Matt and Trey knew that he had a mild stroke a few years back...they said his mind wasn’t clear and that he was being manipulated...i think they were hurt by the situation and held no animosity toward Isaac.
Old Chef will be missed.

You missed the point...the boys knew that Chef wasn’t a pedophile...he was being influenced by the Super Adventure Club...watch the episode again with that in mind.

No...they used old sound clips and portrayed Chef as very robotic or hyptnotized....there was a deeper point to the episode.
“Church” was way too nice to a disgusting cult.
