Oh boy!!

Rain, rain, come some more wet, wet, rain but the only problem was I am the official garbage can hauler to the street on trash day, I did my job and got soaking wet.
Poor ole Edwards, caught with his pants down but I gotta comment, bet it ain't the first time ‘pretty boy’ has been tipping around.
Mr. Kitty, my wee little one I have adopted is really funny, he heeps me laughing all the time but you got to understand, if D found a bull on the side of the road she would bring it home, heart as big as a #3 wash tub.
I have contacted this disease, reading disease, I am reading everything I can pick my hands on and REALLY liked the one on Lincoln (thanks to the kind lady who sent it to me), a VERY good read, course the book was wrong, THEY did not give credit to the REAL winner, oh well, so goes the world today.
Just wanted to get my day started and to continue to plan to do nothing all day, cept read.

Yum! Texas toaast and chicken fried vsteak! guess you can tell I’m trying to limit my intake, can’t you?
Chicken fried steak, GRITS, scrambled eggs and Texas toast, a slice of tomato for color...WOW what a breakfast. The other day Roomey and I dropped into IHOP and we sat next to a woman who ordered just that for breakfast...with a side order of bacon and bisquits. I couldn’t believe it....but she ate it all. After we left Roomey told me my eyes almost popped out..we were sitting there with a small glass of tomato juice, 2 scrambled eggs, bacon and no toast oh and coffee.
Yummy looking breakfast. I’ve AWOL because of work (new boss.) Not sure if things are going to change. He was suggesting 60/80/100 hour work weeks this morning. I don’t think so. I have a dr’s note: no work weeks longer than 48 hours for me. Phew.
And a molar started bugging me yet again last week. I had a root canal/crown put on it a year ago, the root canal was fine for about 7 months, then I had to have it fixed. So when I went in he gave me 3 choices: pull the tooth and leave a hole. Uh no. Go to a specialist, have surgery, and try and save the tooth. Chances for success: 50%, probably less because the tooth had already been fixed.
So last Wednesday, the tooth was pulled, a bone graft was done. Let the misery begin. Major pain pills and antibiotics. In four months the bone will be strong enough for the posts to go in for an implant. Four months later, a crown will be put on the tooth. Fun times.
I missed my vacation in Park City (boo). I worked from home today. At 3 I had my six month checkup, and guess what. Yep, a problem with another crown. Hopefully it won’t require a root canal. I can thank my previous dentist for these problems, unfortunately. So for a couple of days I am kind of pain free, but starting this Wednesday at 2 pm, it will over again. My left side has the bone graft, the right side has the problematic crown. I’m not a very happy camper, but oh well, what can I do.
And it’s pretty sad when I would rather be in the dentist’s chair having all sorts of hideous procedures done to me, than be at work.
Oh, when I was there this afternoon, a 10 year old girl had NINE teeth removed. She is getting braces. She did really well, she said “Ow” once. She’s much braver than I am. :)
