One Christmas Eve, Jaysun posted a comment saying he had made lots of extra money that year and wanted to give it to needy freepers if they would frmail him.
Wonder if he is posting on FR under a new screen name.

But he sounds like he was using FR as a kind of imaginary
reality where he could be a shape-shifter and exercise his fantasy muscles.
I’ve heard about a site called “Second Life”, which is devoted to just those kind of people , who would obviously like to develop fantasy cyber-identities.
Jaysun is one of them.
He reminds me of that great New Yorker cartoon which depicts a bigger, older dog sitting in the master’s chair in the study, in front of the computer, with his paw on the keyboard, and the monitor open and active. The dog is looking down
with a ‘smile’ on his face, at a smaller dog sitting on the carpet. The older dog is saying helpfully, “On the Internet, no one knows you’re a dog.”
The internet is filled w/ people like that.
Jaysun, in his creepy sympathy-ploy of pretending to have
Stage 3 cancer, and soliciting all of us to “come to his side”, reminds me of the kind of highschool/college age creep , like the one played by Jack Nicholson in the movie ‘Carnal Knowledge’ from 1971——every girl he went out with would , on the first date, get his usual schtick, which would transpire in the car, prior to the make-out session.....he’d find a way of turning the conversation to the early years, and would get all teary and say “I had this really screwed-up childhood.....”

When I was a kid, and feeling sorry for myself because of the terrible things my mom did (like making me clean my room and working in the yard)she'd tell me that I'd have great stories to tell the ladies.
It never worked in reality.

Hell, there are freepers who support larry sinclair, who, I kid you not, is now a freeper himself.
I offer help to anyone in need but I never send money anonymously to anyone. The simple rule for me is I never give more money than I can afford to lose so for that reason I don’t make loans. If someone choses to dupe me then so be it. Usually I help people I know and have met. It is simpler that way.

How about Rejoice.... I think from Houston. She was a very activist black woman who attended several Freeper events and gave spectacular speeches.
There was a Florida Black woman on Rush recently who brought her to mind.
Some of us saw her compete last year at the Reno National Championship Air Races and we hope to do so this year too.
She’s amazing. :)
We met Rejoice several times. She is very intelligent and clear speaking whether it is a prepared speech or not. She is very sweet too!
