BERKELEY _ A nude woman running in and out of traffic lanes on the I-80 freeway near Gilman Street disrupted traffic early this morning and required the California Highway Patrol, the Berkeley Police and ultimately, the Berkeley Fire Department to handle the situation. . . .

Well, that certainly explains the seven lights-flashing emergency vehicles at 6:15 a.m. as I was driving past Gilman. Since there was no tow truck or distressed vehicle in sight, I was a little perplexed.
So let me get this straight - it takes half the first responders in Albany to nab a single naked lady? I hope it was a cute one and not one of those “B**bs not Bombs crones.
And no video? What the heck good are those pesky news helicopters if there’s not video!
