Sometimes a little anarchy is good to wake up the politicos.

Landon Wilburn, 11, prepared to use his Hot Wheels radar gun to see how fast an oncoming sport-utility vehicle was driving as it headed on Taylorsville Road past the Stone Lakes subdivision to the Gene Snyder Freeway. Wilburn has been charting the speeds of drivers near his neighborhood since June. (By Charlie White, The Courier-Journal) July 2008

Looks like the kid is standing infront of an entrance a housing complex. The road that SUV is driving on is at least two lanes in one direction, and the sidewalk is very far away from the road. I think a 25mph speed limit on a road like that is probably way too slow, thats why everyone is doing 50 on it.

He’ll make more money than he would with a lemonade stand. But the biggest gang in town will shut him down soon enough for stepping on their territory.

They showed him on the news this morning.
Standing in the street with the toy radar gun.

Hope that vest and helmet works against 3500lb sedans.

Retard.

i certainly don’t think the kid should stand in
the middle of the street, heck, real radar toting
cops don’t do that.

i do find this kid to be pretty clever, tho.

The city will install speed bumps if 70 percent of the residents agree and are willing to put up half the money.
