The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and The New World Order

I thought this was interesting and thought provoking at the very least:

For those who may be confused by the controversies surrounding the "New World Order", a One-World-Government, and American concern over giving the UN more power; those unaware of the issues involved; and those wishing more background, I offer the following.

Originally presented for an Honors Class, "Dilemmas of War and Peace," at New Mexico State University, the paper was ridiculed and characterized by Dr. Yosef Lapid, (an acknowledged and locally quoted "expert" on Terrorism and Middle Eastern affairs) as "paranoid... possibly a symptom of mental illness." You may judge for yourself.

What is hilarious about this is it is nothing more than a load of nonsense set up by a bunch of leftist-anti-capitalists.

And by the way, I happen to BE an expert on several conspiracy theories and in no way, no-WHERE is “scientific data” quoted or used to prove a conspiracy theory.

99% of them are based on lies, or misdirection. The majority of all conspiracy theories are based on non-facts and statements by alleged “experts” who actually have misquoted someone else.

That information is then blown out of proportion by the “followers” - and yes, they are akin to a religious cult, who will make rude remarks about your personal heritage to avoid answering direct questions.

Now, I wouldn’t say that writing a paper on the subject necessarily is paranoid, nor does it border on “mental illness” unless the author of said paper is a true believer in the subject of “One World Government” and so forth. THEN perhaps, he/she might be deranged.

On the other hand a plain old “debunker” is just as bad. (I’m not a debunker, I am a skeptic who actually takes the time to look deeper than the initial ‘theory’ and find out where the alleged ‘facts’ originate, and then look at the originators).

In fact, ever conspiracy with which we dealt on Anomalies over the years has been pretty much proven to be a load of lies, based on an emotional outburst of one group... the Left, who have managed to infiltrate even Right Wing groups and Libertarians who have gone over the edge.

Most Conspiracy theories have nothing backing them up and usually if there is ANY facts in the case, they are misstated, misdirected and mixed with emotional nonsense to get you to think they are true.

Oh... and finally, this article is old, comes from the Illuminati Conspiracy Archive - so right there, it’s already got marks against it.

Rick, I think it's time we start a fund-raiser to get a lot of FReepers a copy of this:

These controller archetypes have been around forever and are never going away. The story stays the same, the only thing that changes are the 'players' in the so called conspiracy to fit the time.

Ridiculing the kid as possibly mentally ill is an unprofessional comment from a professor. He should have flunked the student for plagiarism instead.

Any site that cites Alex Jones, Lew Rockwell, or Jeff Rense as sources or has stories on the 'reptilian agenda' as a major area of study pretty much has as much credibility as a Ziggy cartoon.
