I guess they didn’t like the answers. lol
Left alone, the market would work this out.
The reason so many of you have notified us that you couldn't find the Miami Herald poll is that following our ALERT earlier today ["Miami Herald (biased) Poll On Guns in Cars At Disney"] is they pulled it.
Complaints about the misleading wording of the question (Should Disney be able to stop employees from bringing guns to work?) caused the Miami Herald to pull the poll off their website.
At the time the poll was pulled, it was running about 4-1 in favor of the new law and against Disney.
Thank you for your help.
Cool! Once in awhile we win one!
On the one hand, you have a VERY SPECIFIC right, the right to self defense of the method of your choosing,
then you have the property owners - Disney,
on which you have another piece of property, the vehicle.
Hmmm.. still have to go with the real (estate) property owner - Disney.
The employee could keep his gun in his vehicle if it were parked on public property, not private.
Dont get me wrong- big gun rights person here, but I also am a big property rights person.”
Personally, I think my right to self-defense trumps your property right. If you own a business, do you have it posted “no firearms allowed”?
If so, let me know where and what it is, so I can arrange never to go there.
Question: Does the employee work in the Disney post office?
