Red light cameras were recently set up in Amarillo.....all about revenue ! I suspect speed cameras will be next.

I honestly WISH that they would set them up here... for every red light, there are 4 (minimum of 2) cars that run them coming from either direction of the red light.

I admit... when the light in front of me changes from amber to red in front of me, right as am am about to hit the white stop line, I go through... but it's only because I know that 'every one else does it'.. Bad excuse... but true.

I've considered setting up my minicam in front of my apartment to catch them... but when I asked a Japanese person for advice, he said that it was in violation of the privacy law... you can't record a private individual"s license plate. :O
