Turn this around a little bit, and instead of George W. Bush, who enjoys a low but steady approval rating, ask the same things of the Democrat majority of both the US House of Representatives and the US Senate. For those of you who do not know, the DEMOCRAT-DOMINATED Congress has an even LOWER approval rating than even the supposedly despised President.
Easy answer, send the Democrats home. Whichever one of them is running for re-election, vote for the person running against them for the office. Sometimes it will be just another Democrat, but at least, a Democrat with a different face.
