a quote from my modern chinese history professor has stuck with me. he stated that, "the 1960's generation was the most destructive in American history."

we're still reaping the whirlwind of idiocy that generation placed before us.

God help our great nation with what will come.

If marriage is defined to be ANYTHING other between a man and a woman, it will legally be challenged to be allowed for any combination and number of humans, animals, and inanimate objects.

The line has to be drawn here, or the coming flood will sweep our society away.

For 2% of the population to demand that the other 98% throw away the central building block of society for the last 5,000 years is the height of arrogance.

When I get a car, if I get a car due to gas prices, I’ll proudly blast some good music, cranking the car stereo.

I’d prefer marrying my dog to remarrying my ex...the dog is more human.

The state has no business getting involved in marriage in the first place. If homosexuals are stupid enough to want to get married, they can have at it. The state does not define morality for you. Only you can do that and only for yourself.

I would suggest a more serious and debatable situation, where you want to marry your male friend and your female friend...a 3-some marriage. I believe we could probably accomplish this type of marriage within twelve months in California...and easily make a point. If you have a 3-some marriage...then why not a 4-some marriage or a 5-some marriage or even a 30-some marriage? Each step of the way...you’d drag the entire deeper into a pit. Then you’d show up with your 14 year-old female cousin and ask that she be allowed to marry you....and they’d eventually have to allow that. We might even be able to help folks marry their imaginary girlfriend. The point made...is that once you start a trend....there is no stopping a trend.

I believe we should be able to marry anyone and anything -

Historical figures, strangers, trees, rocks, cities ...
