What wierd songs!

When one thinks of Herman’s Hermits, who thinks of No Milk Today? There’s a Hush, Mrs. Brown, I’m into Something Good? I never heard of No Milk Today.

Human League: synonymous with Don’t you want me baby?

I can’t imagine listing any Huey Lewis song on a “best list,” but they did have about a dozen top ten hits. Perfect World, maybe... Small World???

Harry Chapin: Now THERE’S a one-hit wonder. And Mr. Tanner isn’t it.

Me? I’ll take the Hallelujah Chorus by Handel.

What wierd songs! You're right. And also the first to give a thorough crtique. Thx

No Milk today is well worth the listen if you get a chance.

The Human League have quite a Discography, and although they are thought of as one hit wonders in the sates, they played a major part in Kicking The 80's off into one of the best decades ever for music ( Such a shame the decade finished with such a whimper)

Harry Chapin had 2 major hits, cat's in The Craddle and WOLD. However, Mr Tanner, with the fantastic operatic vocals of John Ross is my pic as his best.

As for Handel, You Bet.

Keep smiling,

Philip.

Harry is a folk singer and his many fans know almost all his music. But most people who listened to the radio in the seventies heard WOLD, Cats in the Cradle and Taxi.

Sammy Hagar “I Can’t Drive 55”.

Here’s a fun thing to do.

Name every band with a ~color~ in their name, such as Frijid Pink.

[one band name per person, please]

You’d be amazed how many there are...especially the obscure ones.
