How Are Photos Posted?

I have an interesting photo for our times of financial distress among many, but I don't know how to post it. Any help?

How is it that on some forums, all need be done is copy the photo from where ever it is and paste it on the forum?

Why doesn’t this work on FR?

The ISPs could make it easier for their users to share photos. Most users don’t want to mess around with FTP commands, designing web pages, etc. They just want to click a button and publish the picture.

But the ISPs probably don’t want to make it so easy to host images on their system. Photos can generate a lot of expensive network traffic. The ISPs must be glad that websites like PhotoBucket and TinyPic exist.
