I know many Freepers don't like Ron but he IS, after all a pretty smart man and looks to have been about a year ahead of the curve on this one. His bill was introduced in MAY, 2007! It begs the question: WHY NO COSPONSORS??? And where is the White House on the issue?

On the surface it looks ok. I have not read it entirely.
