I'm currently of the opinion the disaster that has been president Bush for the last few years (yes, I was a supporter of George till he quit being a conservative) should cause Obamanation to win.
I'm all for fighting the war over there. What I'm not for is letting the current congressional majority pass whatever they want and the President not showing any leadership skills with Republicans currently in congress. RINO's like McCain have ruined the party with their descent to moderation from Regan style Republican values.
Obama should win this election so the nation can see the real differences in liberals and conservatives since Bush and McCain have clouded the differences so much. I feel like if Obama dosent win, Republicans will lose in the longrun. If Republicans become a different flavor of liberal, what good are they.
So if Obama wins, Republicans in DC will become more conservative??
Fat chance!
What about what happens to the United States of America with and Hussein win?
no, voters will see the real differences in liberals and conservatives and demand and vote for more conservative candidates
I understand where you’re coming from, but we can not let a neo-communist become president. If Barack Obama were a garden variety lefty democrat like Geraldine Ferraro, Walter Mondale, Mike Dukakis, Bill Richardson or the like, I’d say, “yeah, go ahead and punish the country for four years if that’s what it’d take for them to see the light”, but Obama is not like those individuals. We’d have a Saul Alinksy-ite, ACORN organizer, Bill Ayers chum running the most powerful nation on Earth! Too risky, FRiend! WAY too risky!
I never could grasp the concept of winning by losing, but maybe I was not in school that day......
it won’t be good but 4 years of him won’t doom us.
If Hussein wins it's the end of this country, period because Soros has his hand up his ass.
What about eight?
I’m voting for McCain, but if Obamanation wins, I can see the bright side. There are enought actual conservative Dems, (about like McCain) that won’t let Obama do a lot.
The further left that “normal” goes, the more you move the ‘center’. Sounds rather destructive to me.
You don’t win by losing.
It’s that simple.
They've decided to pander to the same dependent, nanny-staters that the Dems do.
If you're counting on the Republican Party to become more conservative after losing to more liberal candidates, you're going to be disappointed.
It’s just speculation but I don’t thing he’ll see 8. After the public sees what he wants to actually do, he will be handily rejected
I think that a McCain win would be a severe loss and disaster for conservatives, or any American who wants the nations immigration laws enforced for just one example.
And I have maintained and posted constantly that Obama elected president would be similar to when Clinton was, and would unite conservatives even more than he did.
Of course I supported Fred Thompson and realize no real conservative will be president this time, but I watched the Libertarian Convention this weekend and am looking into Bob Barr.
I have been saying this for some time. Now the rino lovers wont like this but the rino lovers can go pound sand.Fat chance of taking back the house if mcnutts wins.Better chance if the marxist takes it.What a pathetic field to choose from.
LOL, you’re very funny.
John Roberts and Samuel Alito vs Ruth Buzzi Ginsburg and Steven Breyer.
There is no guarantee of that. Do not assume that free elections will be held under an Obama/Wright administration. Their New America could mean 100 million new immigrant voters by the next election, carefully selected so as to vote the way they are told.
I think you are making a good point.
The people who are scared of what Obama might do as President also have a good point.
