100 kids saved by quick thinking day care workers
By Sean Tobin
FOX 31 reporter
WINDSOR (MyFOXColorado.com) - It was a moment Richard Dykstra will never forget.
When a tornado destroyed the windmill day care building.
Teachers and kids were inside at the time the tornado approached.
"One of them is my grandson," said Dykstra.
As the tornado bore down, a bank across the street huddled the kids into the bank's vault for safety.
"We brought them from the day care over to the bank, and there wasn't one kid who had a scratch on them," said bank manager Harry Souvall.
It's a move that saved many young lives.

It was written by an on-air reporter who probably usually has someone else write his news for him. It is why I only excerpted it. The rest is even worse!
My Dad always said he had $4 million. It took us a long time to figure out that it was myself and 3 siblings.
As he got older, he said he accumulated a lot of interest and now had $7 mill. (Clue: 3 grandchildren)
You can apply the moral of the story. He was a wise man!!
I guess that you could say it kept them safe.
LOL! Well, at least it’s not a regular writer for the site. *phew*
