I hired a woman I think will work out perfectly. Her brother died and she has taken in his 2 children 11 and 13. So she only wants part time. Long term - part time that is. She seems so caring and genuine. Her husband is a fire fighter. Her hours are flexible so that is great. And she has no problem staying over night so we can take off for a weekend now and then.
