Well folks, I hope your day is going better than mine. After a stressful morning, and early afternoon, it appears to be getting better. I hope it continues to improve as I go into the evening.

My nerves are at the ends of my fingers.

Go to bed, elevate feet, close eyes and visualize yourself in someplace comfortable. Remain there for at least an hour.

Above method often goes by the accronym NAP!
