They’ve got the concept, then. ;-) That’s good! Are you mixing food into the milk replacement stuff, or just giving it to ‘em straight?

I’m all fired up about the music camp deal right now, after the jam on Saturday and the fact that a good portion of the guitar list is gonna be there and *they’re* all talking about it. My fingers hurt - I played a LOT over the weekend.

I’m fretting about the airline travel, though. :-\ For one, it’s looking like I’ll need to fly out the night before, and two, airlines now only alow one back and one carry-on. Factor in instrument(s), and I’ll be over that for sure; plus I don’t know how gate-checking works and that’s likely how I’d want to go if I *must* check instruments.

*fret**fret**fret*

(And not in the guitar and mando sense)

There’s canned food mixed in with the milk replacer.

Remember that a purse doesn’t count against your “one carry on” item. So you can always find a big ugly one at goodwill and stuff it full of books and snacks.

All you have to do is give yourself an extra 30 mins. or so, and go the main airline check in gate, in the main terminal, and they'll do the rest. If you have to check two bags, and the only 'allow' one, you'll probably have to pay an extra $25 or so, and they'll gladly take your credit card right there to do that! I've only had to pay extra once, and that's because I was bringing home 40 lbs. of frozen shrimp, and the bag was overweight. ;o)

After you've checked in, where you'll also receive your boarding pass, unless you did that online before you left home, you just go on through security and to your departure gate. At that point, since you went to the main check in desk, you should have no problems, unless, of course, one of your bags is too large for an overhead bin, or to go under the seat, but it seems they'd catch that at the main desk, before you ever got to the departure gate.
