Ugh...long day today. I got up at five to go in in and reboot servers (and later in the day found out my boss thought it was *his* week, so he’d already rebooted them last night), had a heck of a long day, and then went back into *town* to sell a typewriter. But it sold. Yay! I’ve pretty much covered the cost of the new guitar with my recent sales, so I don’t even have to feel guilty or anything. I like that.

I recorded the pilot of Fringe since it looked vaguely interesting. Haven’t watched it yet. Is it good?
If it is, Fox will probably cancel it in the middle of the season. </bitter Firefly fan>

It is looking interesting. Lot of personal dynamics that are kinda silly, but the story is strange, and kinda cool.
We watched the first few episodes of “24” last year, and never finished it. At some point, we’ll have to get it from Netflix.

Ugh, I have a very unhappy baby this morning apparently.
In case you haven’t been paying attention, Monster Hurricane Ike is due to be a Tropical Storm in Austin on Saturday, and very likely strong remnants in Oklahoma City on Sunday.
Eh...I’m not sure it’s worth the time it’d take to watch it, honestly. Couple of good episodes, but as a whole, it was a lame season.
We watched "Fringe" last night, it was kinda good. I think there's a lot of potential there for it to be a new "X-Files".
Stay away from the Brazos (that’s your river, correct?)
